Perhaps you have just moved or have an unfurnished room. Maybe you're ready to upgrade your furnishings, rugs, lighting and accents. This service provides the design for the recreation of a room. With your unique taste, personality and favorite belongings in mind we will collaboratively design your space to reflect you, and your vision for your home.
Design Services | Fees
Re|vive
The correct lighting and paint colors can transform a space. This service includes an assessment of current lighting and color choices, education about light quality, intensity and positioning, and information about how colors affect ambiance. You will receive recommendations for changes or additions to lighting and color options that will suit your desired atmosphere.
Re|order
A well organized space is both peaceful and functional. Learn space-saving, design-rich ideas for making your home neat and beautiful, both inside and outside of the closets and drawers.
FEES
Design services are billed as follows:
Consultation................ no charge
Services....................... 250. flat
This includes the re|arrange service, and for other services, the design and organizational ideas and plans.
Execution................... 60. hourly
Execution is bringing your plans to life. It includes project research and the acquisition and placement of furniture, accessories and accents.
Painting..................... 40. hourly
Electric, plumbing, carpentry, tiling................. project-specific
Travel of up to 10 miles is free of charge. Travel beyond 10 miles is charged at $1 per additional mile traveled.

This service will guide you in making inexpensive yet instrumental changes to your home that will draw in purchasers and help them envision themselves at home. Included are plans for furniture arrangement, lighting and color as well as exterior ideas to maximize curb appeal.
